Your engineer will arrive with your new boiler, so there's no need to wait around for deliveries. They'll install and commission it in accordance with Gas Safe standards, building regs and manufacturer guidance.

If alterations to your gas or condense pipework are required, these will be included within your fixed price. Every boiler replacement also comes with a new flue, plus any extensions or safety attachments.

All quotes include a new thermostat, and you can choose to upgrade to smart home devices. Your engineer will set up the controls and show you how to work your new boiler.

Your system will get a chemical flush to clean out existing pipework and radiators. A new magnetic filter will further protect your new boiler from damage, helping it to run efficiently for years to come.

Your old boiler, any packaging and other waste from the works will be safely removed and disposed of, leaving your home neat and tidy.

Your engineer will complete the necessary paperwork including manufacturer warranty registration, and for landlords a gas safety certificate. You'll also benefit from a 12 month workmanship warranty, in case of any issues after installation.
