Our Story

Let's Heat has grown from humble beginnings into a leading name in the heating industry, with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and environmental responsibility. Here’s how we got here:

2016
At just 21 years old, Mo, the founder of Let's Heat, embarked on his journey in the heating industry. Starting as a self-employed plumber and heating engineer, Mo quickly made a name for himself through hard work and dedication. Within a short time, he was subcontracting for several companies, laying the foundation for what was to come.

2018
A year later, Mo expanded his expertise by earning commercial gas qualifications. This new capability allowed him to work with prominent commercial clients, including well-known brands like Domino’s Pizza, further solidifying his reputation in the industry. 
April
2020
The year 2020 was a pivotal moment for Mo. He founded Let's Heat Ltd, starting with a small team of four employees. This marked the beginning of a new era of growth and expansion for the company.
March
2021
To simplify the boiler purchasing process, Mo launched an innovative website that allowed customers to get quotes and purchase their new boilers online in just 60 seconds. This user-friendly approach made it easier than ever for customers to meet their heating needs.

2021
Let's Heat forged strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Worcester Bosch, Viessmann, Alpha, Ideal, and BAXI. These collaborations enabled us to offer our customers top-tier products at competitive prices.

2022
Our commitment to sustainability led to the introduction of renewable energy services, including heat pumps and renewable cooling systems. This move aligned with our mission to promote environmentally friendly solutions for our customers.

2023
The start of 2023 brought another significant milestone with the launch of our new website and a forthcoming mobile app, set to be available in September. These innovations will make it even easier for customers to access our services.

We Care About After Care.

All Let's Heat installations come with a one-year installation guarantee, in addition to up to 12 years manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure your manufacturer’s warranty is kept valid, you will need to ensure your boiler is serviced annually.
